Payment Gateway – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online payment facility provided by Genius Public School, RIWAZPUR, SECTOR-89, FARIDABAD (“School”) for payment of school fees and other charges. By using this payment gateway, the user agrees to comply with these terms.

2. Payment Services

The School provides an online payment facility through a third-party payment gateway. The School does not store debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking details on its servers.

3. Authorized Payments

Only parents, guardians, or authorized persons are permitted to make payments on behalf of students enrolled in the School. Any unauthorized payment may lead to legal action.

4. Accuracy of Information

The user is responsible for providing correct details including:

• Student Name
• Admission / Roll Number
• Class / Section
• Fee Type and Amount

The School shall not be responsible for issues caused due to incorrect information entered by the user.

5. Transaction Confirmation

On successful payment, a transaction confirmation receipt will be generated. Users are advised to save the receipt for future reference.

6. Failed or Pending Transactions

In case of failed or pending transactions, the deducted amount (if any) will be reversed by the bank or payment gateway as per their policies. The School is not responsible for such delays.

7. Fees and Charges

Any convenience fee, bank charge, or payment gateway charge (if applicable) shall be borne by the user and is non-refundable.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed as per the School’s Refund Policy. No cash refunds will be provided for online payments.

9. Data Security

The payment gateway uses secure encryption. However, the School shall not be responsible for any breach beyond its reasonable control.

10. Limitation of Liability

The School shall not be liable for transaction failures due to technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or bank server downtime.

11. Changes to Terms

The School reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Faridabad, Haryana courts only.
